Confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order if there are issues such as stock availability or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is available across Australia. Delivery times are 3–7 business days for domestic orders.
International shipping may vary depending on destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Papaya Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or force majeure events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Certain items, such as sale products and gift cards, are non-returnable.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is inspected.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
